Public Consultation for the land on the south eastern side of Braemar Avenue, Purley

A public consultation event is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 1^st August 2018 at The Sanderstead Memorial Hall, in order to present our initial development proposals for the land on the south eastern side of Braemar Avenue, Purley.

The proposal is for the demolition of the existing lock up garages and the erection of a small block of apartments, together with a single detached house.

This event is open to everyone and we look forward to seeing you there.
