Our planning application for 108 Purley Downs Road, Sanderstead has today been submitted to Croydon Council.
The scheme, which comprises eight x five bedroom detached houses, is the product of extensive consultation with the local community and the Local Authority. Further details can be found on our Case Studies page.
The siting and design of the properties has been carefully considered to create a scheme which respects its surroundings. A great deal of time has been taken to create interest and definition is provided through a simple, but high quality palette of materials and finishes.
