Planning submitted for Milton House, Croydon
Outline Planning Permission has now been submitted for the residential conversion of the commercial element of our Milton Road, Croydon development.
The wider development, which was awarded planning permission in early 2015, allowed for the creation of 81 new residential homes and a 20,000 sq ft standalone commercial building.
The commercial accommodation has been actively marketed for over 18 months, but there has been no meaningful interest from commercial occupiers to date. With this in mind, and to avoid having a vacant building blighting the landscape, we have been holding discussions with the London Borough of Croydon to seek a change of use to residential.
The application should be validated in the coming week and we hope to have a favourable decision in December this year.
