The London Borough of Croydon have today delegated outline planning permission for our Milton House, Croydon site. The outline consent allows for the change of use and partial redesign of the current building to provide between 20 to 30 flats.
Milton House was the commercial element of a larger mixed use redevelopment, which is currently under construction. Milton House was originally intended to be delivered as light industrial commercial floorspace, but following an extensive marketing campaign, it was ascertained that there was no demand from any commercial operators for the space.
