We are pleased to report that planning permission was granted by Croydon Council’s Development Control Committee in December for our site on Braemar Avenue, Purley.
The development will see the demolition of the existing lock up garages and the erection of a three-storey block comprising six residential apartments, together with a construction of a single detached house.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed through the consultation process over the course of the past six months, particularly the local residents.
There is still a great deal to do before we can start on site, but our intention is to work through the planning conditions in the coming months, with a view to commencing the clearance and demolition works in Q2 2019.
