Leaden Hill Outline Planning Granted

We are extremely pleased to report that Croydon Council have granted outline planning permission for up to 75 new flats and commercial space for our site at the Leaden Hill Industrial Estate, Coulsdon.

We would like to thank everyone who participated through the consultation process over the last fifteen months, particularly the four residents’ associations.

There is still a great deal to do before we can start on site, but our intention is to work through the planning conditions in the coming months, with a view to being on site Q3 2017.

Station Road, Belmont Resolution to Grant

The London Borough of Sutton Development Control Committee last night awarded a resolution to grant planning permission for our site at Station Road, Belmont.  Full planning permission is expected to be issued in November once the associated legal agreement has been executed.

The scheme comprises of 14 x one and two bedroom apartments, together with a terrace of 4 four bedroom houses. Further details of the scheme can be found by clicking here.

Planning Permission Granted at Addiscombe Grove, Croydon

Planning permission for our site at 28-30 Addiscombe Grove, Croydon has today been granted by Croydon Council.

This innovative development of 74 studios, and one, two and three bedroom flats, plus a small ground floor commercial unit,  will be built over eight to 12 floors.

The scheme, which is a stone’s throw from East Croydon Station, will also feature a 123 square feet indoor community space and children’s play area, which will open out onto a courtyard.  There will also be a spacious roof terrace for use by residents on the eighth floor.

Planning Application submitted for 108 Purley Downs Road, Sanderstead

Our planning application for 108 Purley Downs Road, Sanderstead has today been submitted to Croydon Council.

The scheme, which comprises eight x five bedroom detached houses, is the product of extensive consultation with the local community and the Local Authority.  Further details can be found on our Case Studies page.

The siting and design of the properties has been carefully considered to create a scheme which respects its surroundings.  A great deal of time has been taken to create interest and definition is provided through a simple, but high quality palette of materials and finishes.  We firmly believe that the traditional architectural approach will be visually striking and the quality of the design will be a welcome addition to the area.

Blairderry Road Phase 2 Completed

The final residential units at the second phase of our Blairderry Road scheme are now complete, bringing the total in the development to 72.  A selection of recent photographs are included here.

Planning Permission Secured for Milton House, Croydon

Planning permission was granted by the London Borough of Croydon last week to construct 81 new homes on the former Milton House site close to the centre of Croydon.

The £21m development of one, two and three bedroom apartments and a small number of three bedroom houses, as well as 1,900 sqm of commercial floorspace, will transform the dilapidated site on Milton Road and Gloucester Road.

It has been a journey, but we are thrilled to have finally achieved planning permission for this complex project.   The removal of the derelict buildings which currently blight the area, will make way for a high quality mixed use scheme, which we truly believe will drive the ongoing regeneration of this part of Croydon.

There are many people who deserve thanks, including officers and councillors of the London Borough of Croydon and most importantly the local community itself.  Your support throughout has fundamentally helped shape and deliver the proposal.

PizzaExpress Opens in Trinity Square, Coulsdon

We are delighted to have secured PizzaExpress as a commercial tenant within our Trinity Square development in Coulsdon.   From inception of the project, we believed that it would be an ideal location for them and we sincerely hope that it will be a welcome addition to the High Street.

The restaurant is scheduled to open today and we would like to take this opportunity to wish them all the best going forward.

It is estimated that 640 kilograms of dough will be used in the first month, as the staff produce an estimated 6,300 pizzas and 4210 portions of the famous PizzaExpress Dough Balls.

Planning Consent has today been achieved for the conversion of the ground for commercial space at our Blairderry Road, Streatham development. The commercial floorspace, which has been vacant ever since the scheme was completed in January 2015, will be converted into 6 x one and two bedroom properties. Works on site are expected to commence early in 2016.
