Planning Permission Granted for Quail Gardens, Selsdon

A resolution to grant planning permission for our site on Quail Gardens was awarded last night by the London Borough of Croydon’s Development Control Committee.

This complex site, which has a long history of failed planning applications and two dismissed appeals by other applicants, will see the construction of 15 x three bedroom houses, arranged in two opposing terraces.

Completion of Station Road, Belmont

We are pleased to report that we have now completed our development at Station Road, Belmont.

The scheme, which comprises 18 x one and two bedroom flats, together with 4 x four bedroom houses, is being offered for shared ownership in conjunction with our affordable housing provider, Optivo.

Completion of the Second Phase of Milton Road, Croydon

The second phase of our Milton Road development has now been completed.  This phase delivers 32 x one, two and three bedroom apartments, together with 5 x three bedroom houses.   All of the homes have been delivered in conjunction with our affordable housing partner, Optivo.

Work is now underway to complete the final phase of 30 apartments on the former Milton House part of the site.

Planning Permission Awarded for 367 Baring Road, Grove Park

We are delighted to report that planning permission for our site at 367 Baring Road was granted last night by the London Borough of Lewisham’s Development Control Committee.

The development will involve the demolition of an existing bungalow and the creation of 8 x three bedroom houses.

Planning Application Submitted for Quail Gardens, Selsdon

An application for full planning permission has now been submitted to the London Borough of Croydon for our site on Quail Gardens, Selsdon.

The 0.29ha Site is situated on the south eastern side of Quail Gardens and currently forms part of the garden for Hallinwood Bungalow, 46 Quail Gardens.

Planning permission is being sought for 15 x three bedroom terrace houses, arranged in two opposing terraces.  The height of all of the dwellings will be two storey with accommodation within the roof space.  The scale of the proposed dwellings will ensure that the scheme integrates properly within the existing built environment.

The proposed houses are relatively traditional in design with pitched slate effect roofs, red brick and with feature brick detailing.

We hope to have a decision from the London Borough of Croydon in May 2019.

Planning Permission Granted for Braemar Avenue, Purley

We are pleased to report that planning permission was granted by Croydon Council’s Development Control Committee in December for our site on Braemar Avenue, Purley.

The development will see the demolition of the existing lock up garages and the erection of a three-storey block comprising six residential apartments, together with a construction of a single detached house.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed through the consultation process over the course of the past six months, particularly the local residents.

There is still a great deal to do before we can start on site, but our intention is to work through the planning conditions in the coming months, with a view to commencing the clearance and demolition works in Q2 2019.
