Works at our Smitham Yard, Coulsdon development are progressing well.  The aerial photographs included below show that the concrete and timber frames are now up to second floor level.

Planning Application Submitted for Braemar Avenue, Purley

An application for full planning permission has now been submitted to the London Borough of Croydon for our site at Braemar Avenue, Purley.

The 0.06ha Site is presently occupied by two blocks of dilapidated garages and a section of scrubland. It is a roughly triangular plot positioned between a railway line, running along its eastern border, and residential properties along Braemar Avenue to its north, south and west.

The planning application seeks approval for a three-storey residential block comprising 6 x one and two bedroom residential apartments, alongside the erection of a single detached house.

We hope to have a favourable decision in November this year.

Completion of the First Phase of Milton Road, Croydon

The initial phase of our Milton Road development has now been completed.  This phase delivers 38 x one, two and three bedroom apartments, together with 6 x three bedroom houses.   All of the homes have been delivered in conjunction with our affordable housing partner, Optivo.

Work is now underway to complete the remaining 67 homes across the rest of the site.

Further Planning Permission Secured for Milton House, Croydon

Planning permission for an additional five apartments has today been granted for our site at Milton House, Milton Road, Croydon.

The permission allows for a further 2 x one bedroom and 3 x two bedroom apartments to be created on a setback fourth floor. This takes the total number of units across the wider development to 111.

Public Consultation for the land on the south eastern side of Braemar Avenue, Purley

A public consultation event is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 1st August 2018 at The Sanderstead Memorial Hall, in order to present our initial development proposals for the land on the south eastern side of Braemar Avenue, Purley.

The proposal is for the demolition of the existing lock up garages and the erection of a small block of apartments, together with a single detached house.

Public Consultation for the land on the south eastern side of Quail Gardens, Selsdon

 

A public consultation event has been scheduled for next Tuesday 19th June [15th March] in order to present our initial development proposals for the land on the south eastern side of Quail Gardens, Selsdon.

The event will be held at The Selsdon Community Centre, between 4.30pm – 6.30pm. A copy of the flyer publicising the event can be found by clicking here.

Our proposal is for the creation of a sympathetically designed housing scheme, together with associated car parking and landscaping.

The aim of the public consultation process is to enable key stakeholders to inform the design from this early stage, enabling them to participate in the formulation of a scheme which everyone can be proud of.

An application for full planning permission has now been submitted for our site at 367 Baring Road, Grove Park.

The 0.23ha Site is located to the rear of 347 to 369 Baring Road, with Wydeville Manor Road to the north, east and south.  It consists of a vacant parcel of land, together with a semi-detached bungalow at 367 Baring Road.

The application seeks permission for the demolition of the existing property and the erection of eight new semi-detached and detached houses.  A site layout plan, together with a computer generated image of the proposed houses can be found here.

The application should be validated in the coming week and we hope to have a favourable decision in August this year.
