Public Consultation for 367 Baring Road, Grove Park

A public consultation event is scheduled to be held next Thursday (15th March) at The Ringway Centre, in order to present our initial development proposals for 367 Baring Road, Grove Park.

The proposal is for the demolition of 367 Baring Road and the creation of an access road to serve a sympathetically designed scheme of eight houses.

We are determined to develop a scheme which everyone can be proud of and your input is fundamental to achieving this goal.

Planning Permission Granted for Milton House, Croydon

The London Borough of Croydon have today delegated outline planning permission for our Milton House, Croydon site. The outline consent allows for the change of use and partial redesign of the current building to provide between 20 to 30 flats.

Milton House was the commercial element of a larger mixed use redevelopment, which is currently under construction. Milton House was originally intended to be delivered as light industrial commercial floorspace, but following an extensive marketing campaign, it was ascertained that there was no demand from any commercial operators for the space.

Work Commences at Leaden Hill, Coulsdon

Work has now commenced at our development on Leaden Hill, Coulsdon.  Some of the buildings have already been taken down, with the remaining due to be completely demolished within the next four weeks.

Work at our Station Road, Belmont site is now fully underway.  All of the former buildings have now been demolished and the site is in the process of being cleared.  The ground works are due to start in the next two weeks.

Planning submitted for Milton House, Croydon

Outline Planning Permission has now been submitted for the residential conversion of the commercial element of our Milton Road, Croydon development.

The wider development, which was awarded planning permission in early 2015, allowed for the creation of 81 new residential homes and a 20,000 sq ft standalone commercial building.

The commercial accommodation has been actively marketed for over 18 months, but there has been no meaningful interest from commercial occupiers to date. With this in mind, and to avoid having a vacant building blighting the landscape, we have been holding discussions with the London Borough of Croydon to seek a change of use to residential.

The application should be validated in the coming week and we hope to have a favourable decision in December this year.

Works on site will commence in September this year and are anticipated to be complete by the end of 2018.

Planning permission for fourteen apartments and four houses was secured in December last year and we have been waiting to secure vacant possession since that time.
